How long does it take for me to receive my order once it has been placed online?
Our average delivery time is 2-4 working days and providing that all of the items on your order are in stock and your order is placed before 3pm on Monday, we will deliver your items before the weekend. Taps, Stainless Steel Sinks & Accessories (general) are sent via 48 hour working day courier unless otherwise requested (Order must be placed before 12pm midday for us to pick, pack and pass your item(s) to the courier network)
Where do you deliver to?
Please click here to see our delivery map. Please note: we are unable to deliver to a small number of postcodes. Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides and Shetlands are unfortunately not an option for delivery, nor are deliveries outside of the UK. Addresses inside the M25 London Orbital are available for Tap, Stainless Steel Sinks & Accessory delivery only.
The postcodes: AB, BH, BN, CF, DG, E, EH, FK, G, IP, KA, KY, LL, ML, N, NW, PA, PH, PO, RH, SA, SP, SY, TD and W have highly restricted delivery access, however, we endeavour to find alternative delivery options for these areas, so please call our customer services team on 0345 600 5755 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss delivery alternatives. I wish to view a product before I buy it; do you have a showroom that I can visit?
As we are an online store we do not have a showroom. If you wish to learn more about an item you can call or e-mail our customer services team who will be happy to help.
Can I view a worktop before I purchase one online?
Yes, we can send out small samples of a worktop colour to you free of charge. Please click here to process your request. Samples are sent via Royal Mail direct to the address supplied.
Do you cut worktops to size?
No, this is not a service that we offer. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Can you deliver on a weekend?
Unfortunately not, we only deliver Monday to Friday.
Can you leave my items around the back of my house?
No, all items must be signed for. Delivery to a neighbour is possible, please arrange with a member of our Customer Service Team.
Can I place my order over the telephone?
No, all orders must be placed securely online. This is due to payment card industry laws around the recording of credit card details and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Can I request a callback?
No, but you can call our team (local rate) on 0345 600 5755 and wait for one of our team members to be available or email us at email@example.com. Our phone line has a voicemail facility that is routinely checked and our emails are almost always picked up same day excluding Saturday’s and Sundays.
Do you accept payment via PayPal?
Yes, payment is made via WorldPay OR PayPal on our checkout page.
Your website is showing an item that I wish to purchase as ‘out of stock’, how can I find out when the item is due back in stock?
To find out an estimated day of an item being back in stock you can e-mail our customer services team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can call them on 0345 600 5755.
